Since 2019, the traditional Thai massage has also been on the list of intangible UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Thus, the traditional Thai massage, which is an important part of life and in the world and an effective form of therapy to treat diseases related to the musculoskeletal system as well as used in the cardiovascular system, has found worldwide recognition.
